• Sr. Account Executive: Managed patient data intake from multiple hospital systems, project-managed hospital re-implementations, and led monthly Data Quality and Health reviews and best-practice sessions.
• Generative AI Champion: Automated a critical data-cleaning bottleneck using ChatGPT and Python; program-managed rollout and trained Sr. Analysts on its use. Saved an estimated 100 hrs/year.
